I've been wanting to own this cd for quite awhile but have'nt been able to find it until now. This was one of Yngwie Malmsteens first bands. His guitar work on this cd is more straight forward metal work than his european style that every guitar officianado has come to know. It also marks the debut of Ron Keel who sounds very raw but cool nonetheless. If you can find this pick it up...it's well worth it!

Ok, this CD is a great archive of material of one of the most popular bands of the early 80's metal club circuit. It does fall short in a couple of areas though. The original single version of "Cold Day in Hell" is great, but it would have been better to have some of the songs from the original Steeler CD on this compliation just for the sound quality. What you get here are demo versions and live versions of the songs from the original release in sub par quality. The live versions are barely passable. You would need to be a serious Keel/Steeler/Yngwie Malmsteen to buy this CD.

"Get it from the Bottom" is NOT the 1969 version I expected. There are a couple of decent tracks on the CD, but nothing sufficiently compelling, even at just $4.56. I'd undo this purchase if I could. (Nothing bad to say about the seller, seanmart, though. Got just what I ordered and delivery was prompt. Would shop there again.)
