I have all of Bocelli's CD's, but if I could have only one, it would be ROMANZA! I ordered this up for a friend who recently just discovered Bocelli. This has got to be the most romantic collection ever made! My friend? She tells me she has this CD playing, volume full blast in her car on trips - over and over again!

Opera aficianados take note - she is not an opera singer. It is pointless to consider her as one. You might as well snipe at a nasturtium for not being a rose. She is a pop singer. If you are looking for nuanced interpretations of classic bel canto opera, why the heck did you pick this album up in the first place? You know where to look already. I completely disagree with the opera buffs who say that it is a travesty that she recorded these albums and besmirched the great masters. She did not record this for you. She recorded this for listeners of pop music. Have you heard what passes for pop music? How do we get to put our Americal labels on their products and compete against the original artist with our prices? Anyways, I think PerAmore2001 got off track and so did I. Bocelli and his music is what we all love.
