Love profusion is a great song by Madonna. The lyrics are beautiful and the tune is great. The U.S. Maxi is the best version, because you get six mixes of Love Profusion and one of Nothing Fails. The best thing about the UK set of Love Profusion is that the cover has a picture of Madonna; whereas, the U.S. Maxi just has a picture of flowers. 1. Love Profusion (Album version): Not included in the U.S. maxi. This is nice if you just like the song and don't want to buy the album. 2. Love Profusion (Ralph Rosario House Vocal Mix): This version is a good dance mix of Love Profusion. This is good, but The Blow Up Mix is the best (you can find it on the U.S. Maxi). 3. I own several of the albums of the artists on this featured compilation and creating a compilation for driving, reading, or a lounging around the house would be simple. In doing so, however, I would only stick to music that is familiar and not expand my musical aptitude. Had I not purchased this compilation, the calypso beats of the Sacred Sound System, the rhythm of Madonna's "Shanti/Ashtangi", and the hip Chemical Brothers' "One Too Many Mornings" would have passed me by. Tony Clarkin is without doubt one of Europes best rock song writers and with Bob Catleys husky voice they bring together a memorable mix of tracks.

I was disappointed with what I heard when I first listened to the two remix versions. This is not what I usually used to get from listening to remixes on Madonna album version tracks in the past.

another great track from the confessions album, however, the remixes are a different story. i only liked the album version (of course) and the Danny Howells & Dick Trevor KinkyFunk Mix good. the rest are not that good. however, madonna is always the one to beat. long live the queen...

This is my favorite slow song from her 80's era. I remember singing it so much back then. The music is hauntingly beautiful and delivers a great message. It is from the movie At Close Range with Christopher Walken and Sean Penn. The instrumental version of it is just breathtaking! The Edit version is the short version that you can also find on the Immaculate Collection. In the LP version after she says" will I ever have the chance again" there is a brief pause and then you can hear the unique sound. The edit version is the same except there is no pause after that verse and you dont hear the unique sound. I prefer the LP version myself because it is longer.
