This was the first time I had heard the Libera group as I was sent the CD as a gift. To begin with I really didn't care for some of the music - remember I hadn't heard this style of choral singing before and it took a bit of getting used to, but I sat down on Saturday and listened right through and by the time it was finished I was hooked. I loved the setting of Bach's Air on a G String in particular, and then right at the end the performances of Blake's Little Lamb and the In Paradisum are exquisite. This is a very fine choir matching in quality the Westminster Cathedral choristers, and I really can't recommend the disk too highly.

I first heard of this choir group in a you tube video. It was beautiful. Something I had to have. Good thing Amazon had it. The CD is great for meditation and its very peaceful. Enjoy! K.Borges

A debut album of extraordinary artistry which stands the test of time and sounds as wonderful today as it did upon it's release. Listen to the hauntingly beautiful and quite emotional 'Mysterium', be moved by 'Angelis' and the joyous, uplifting 'Sanctus'. A more conventional album may have one or two 'hits' on it; this one is absolutely bursting with stunning music throughout. If you get chance to see these boys in concert, go. It is a once in a lifetime event. You will never be the same again.

If you enjoy religious music, or choral music, you will enjoy LIBERA. I first heard them on Public/Educational Television and the sweet voices and high notes were awesome. The voices are angelic and it is very uplifting music.

On your list of things to do before you die, add to it the purchase of this album. It it simply amazing, with vocal performances of stunning beauty and wonderful arrangements which never seem stale and sound as fresh and new as many times as you listen. The voices of Ben Crawley and Steven Geraghty are just sublime, both as soloists and as a duet. Listen to Stabat, worth the price of the CD alone. Despite their incredible talent and dedication (the boys do this as a hobby) they all remain wonderfully grounded and refreshingly normal. What wonderful ambassadors for their generation. The original LIBERA free album came out in 2004 with this Japan version coming out in 2005. The great thing about this CD as compared to the first one, is that it has an additional 3 songs added to it plus a Bonus VCD, which can be played in a DVD player. The VCD has 4 separate videos on it, each one from 2004 or before, with all of them very well done. The singing, as normal, is fantastic. This is a must for anyone who likes Libera or boys (treble) voices.

I found this cd to be truly wonderful in listening to it. I love all of the songs and the diffrent musical arregments that they used on the songs. They are different but still really good and an enjoyment to listen to.
