I bought this CD at the CD store. I got it on my birthday. I heard it was a great CD, so I bought it. It was great! My parents and my nanny liked it, too! It has a little bit of funk, disco, and electro. I really liked how they mixed it all together! This CD was very good.

What can be said about Daft Punk that already hasn't been said?? They are simply the greatest electronic music group in the world. Although there are many talented DJ's out there, no one beats Daft Punk, and this album proves it. Its a non-stop party from start to finish, with Daft Punk in complete control of the audience the whole time. If you want to feel good, put a smile on your face, and give yourself a great feeling about life, then pick up this album. Put it in, turn up the volume, and get ready for music that will blow you away. They seamlessly mix songs together, intertwining sounds, beats and other noises to form one awesome sound. A truly classic album from a truly legendary duo.

I've been wasting a lot of money recently purchasing albums that I wouldn't normally listen to,but that have been rated five stars in various music review books that I own and,for the most part,while I don't think that any of my recent purchases merits five stars,I know that this one definitely doesn't.It easily qualifies as the worst trash that I've ever heard and,believe me,I listen to and enjoy a lot of different kinds of music from the 1930s to today.This is certanly not music;all it is is out and out noise.The critics actually prefer this to Lou Reed's "Metal Machine Music"(which,admittedly,I haven't heard either,but it can't be much worse)?As the title of my review states,this CD is bad for your stereo(the constant,loud bass beats could very well damage your speakers and it's a wonder ... It's has nothing on Discovery, but it's a pretty cool little album in its own right. My personal favorites are "Human After All," "The Prime Time of Your Life," "Make Love," "Technologic," and "Emotion."

This is a basic mix of Daft Punk. Over the years... if you've heard it, but never owned one, this is a great starter CD into a new world. I recommend watching "Interstella 5555" this will explain everything. Its on youtube. then buy them all as you fall in LOVE.. other then that- there's a lot of the same songs here as on all the other cds combined.

If you bought Discovery when it first came out you could get 13 of the 14 tracks as free downloads using the included credit card looking code card to access the daft club website that was up then. I don't think most of these remixes are worth more than the price I paid, that being the time it took to download them for free.

This Cd is just a collect of some of the most popular Daft Punk songs, if you already have Homework, Discovery, and Human After All then you have all the songs on this Cd. But I didn't buy this for the Cd, it also came with a special DVD which contains the music videos for Human after all so and those were great. So if you want to try to get a friend into Daft Punk pick this up as a Sampler or if you want to complete your Daft Punk collection get I really love this
