I have enjoyed this CD to help me unwind after busy days. It's nice to listen to while making dinner and even when napping if kept low. This turns my normally busy home into a more peaceful place and slows the pace of our lives. I've listened to it while cleaning and folding laundry, and I think it has helped with my mood becaue I feel less bothered and annoyed by these chores.

I liked this CD and the rain very much. My only reservation is the Thunder is a little bit to strong if you are trying to actually sleep. It is great for relaxing. I bought this (and others) to desensitize my dog to thunderstorms and this is the one I won't leave on in the house w/ out me b/c of the sudden loud thunder. It does do it's job however:)

If you like Rain - this is it. You can have it on continuous play on a hot day and it defenitely cools you down or if you need to go to sleep, the soothing rain will take you into "dreamland"... A wonderful disc to relax by, de-stress, sleep or just listen. Listening to the rain is something very refreshing and rejuvenating... Highly recommended

The wave sound just sounds like static to me. It could be my cd player, but I don't think that's it. I don't know if I'm going to be able to sleep tonight with it on because it just sounds like a bunch of noise. I'll just have to wait and see. *This review is subject to change.

I purchased this item after going on several successful whale watching trips in Alaska. I have enjoyed it and play it fairly frequent. The thing I like most about it is that it is purely the voice of the humpback whale. There is no man-made music mixed in, or worse yet, man's "interpretation" of the whales songs. So, if you enjoy the pure voice of the whale, this is for you.

I love the sounds of crickets in a warm summer night. This album evokes all my memories of the most beautiful vacations. I am surrounded by the sounds of a tropical Summer Night. The three dimensional recordings make me feel I am there...

When listening to this CD, one can feel sound waves traveling in the brain and then passing to the other parts of the body. When I first listened to this CD before going into sleep, I got the feeling that this CD leads to rejuvenation. At that time, I haven't seen the review below. It might be that the 3-D recording of didgeridoo sound stimulate some important structures in the brain, may be pineal gland ?.

Beautiful Nature CD. I love to wake up with it and do my meditation. It's also great for Reiki and Yoga. I love to go into nature to meditate, but I can't always so that! When I close my eyes it is like being there... The 3D sounds transport you to a virtual forest... I would also recommend MORNING IN THE FOREST (Tranquility Series) if you like Nature Sounds with Music or PINE FOREST (Sounds of Nature Series) (pure nature sounds) and SACRED FOREST (Tranquility Series) (with music) All these albums are highly recommended!

This continuous almost one our nature sound composition (pure nature sounds no music added) takes you on a journey in the mountains in Brazil. Very realistic! 3-D Sound recordings. Very relaxing.

I really love "Zen Garden" because it is a great CD for Yoga, massage or meditation. It is also a great CD to go to sleep with! My 11 year old son, is using it for years to fall asleep with. It's his favorite new age CD. Highly Recommended.
