I first heard of this choir group in a you tube video. It was beautiful. Something I had to have. Good thing Amazon had it. The CD is great for meditation and its very peaceful. Enjoy! K.Borges

If you enjoy religious music, or choral music, you will enjoy LIBERA. I first heard them on Public/Educational Television and the sweet voices and high notes were awesome. The voices are angelic and it is very uplifting music.

Vitamin records has been releasing these cd's like wild fires, just spreading orchestral music to the lesser audience of it. This cd will give you the rock music that originally started this who phenomenon (apocalyptica). This cd is great for anyone interested in hearing the depth of a music genre. Typically when you hear a rock song, you dont hear really how the singer is supposed to influence the musical sense of the songs, but when the singer's role is put into a more balanced/equal role with the rest of the musicians, it contributes so much more to the musicality of the song. It is great for beginner musicians to understand that the singer has to be in tune with the band because he is added depth to the music, not just vocals. The movie was very entertaining. The music was great - especially the rock and roll by such greats as Dr. John and Grand Funk Railroad. BUT, NONE of that great rock and roll is included in this cd. That's what I wanted - I guess I didn't read the fine print closely enough.

I have an odd hobby: I collect recorded versions of "Au Fond Du Temple Saint" the duet from "The Pearl Fishers" by Bizet. My only comment is that while Mr. Watson may have a passable voice, his rendition of "Au Fond Du Temple Saint is abominable. Not only has he egotistically attempted to sing both parts of a Tenor/Baritone duet, he has used an arrangement that destroys the beauty of the song. On top of all of that, the final climactic line in which the two friends pledge to be such even to death has been altered, for God knows what reason to mean something else alltogether. If you are a fan of Mr. Watson, you no doubt will like this CD. If, on the other hand you are a fan of the music that he sings, you may have a different opinion.
