I liked this magazine well enough. Packed with tons of decorating tips,antiques,craft type articles...BUT like most magazines seem to do, it is loaded with advertisement. What there is of the true mag however is worth it.

I chose this mag because it was on offer. It is full of adverts and I am sure that it is aimed at high society, not amazon shoppers. The people who read this won't even know what Amazon is unless their daddy own it. If I do like something in the fashion pages, it may be a bracelet that costs $15,000. - buy something more readable.

Similar to my review of Log Cabin Homes Illustrated, I can't give this magazine more then a one star rating as it has been nearly a month and a half and I have yet to receive a single issue of the magazine I ordered!

I have a 2 year subscription to this magazine. (why???) This magazine has lovely photos, but is just like the movie "Groundhog Day" with Bill Murray. It is the same every month..........same themes, same rooms, same stuff, same ads even. If you like to see no changes in your life, this magazine is a "must have".

Country Sampler is always interesting to look at and there are items to purchase which I have not done yet. If you like country collectibles, it is a good magazine to peruse. Some items are a little too expensive for the quality but overall I rate this a 4 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful photos of country-side, farms, homes, horses, and country people from all over the U.S. and Canada. You do not find these photos elsewhere, and of this great quality. Stories, and week-long diaries written by the readers of their life on the farm. No advertisements; except a 1-page section of the magazine store. "Country", "Country-extra", and "Farm and Ranch" magazines from Reiman publications. Might not interest city slickers; unless they love country folk.
