The magazine isn't the best out there, but is far from the worst. I enjoy reading it as it keeps me fairly up to date on the newest products coming out. If you are interested in subscribing, I'd suggest going directly through the publisher, as they charge just over half the going rate here for a year subscription. I recently resubscribed to the magazine, as I had found an incredible deal through a subscription card found in the magazine; 3-years for the price of 1. Go raid your local book store or news stand and see if you can find one of these cards!

Electronic House is a magazine devoted to electronic lovers who cannot seem to have enough cords and batteries, twinkling lights, LCD displays, and other electrical indicators around them at all times. This publication covers a wide array of electronic topics and issues, but it seems to be primarily concerned with new products. The items covered in Electronic House range from the common to the unusual and sometimes very expensive. I am often amazed at some of the things I read about in this magazine and the prices that people are willing to pay to own the perfect piece of electronic merchandise. From the title of this magazine, one would expect to see how consumer electronics are being integrated into our everyday lives. I expected Martha Stewart Living cum Stereo Review. But that is not what one gets here. What one gets is a drier version of Stereo Review that covers cell phones, computers, and other wired and wireless technologies along with stereos. Each issue of the magazine highlights several consumer electronic products. An article includes the latest innovations for a given product and compares the pros and cons of the different features of products in that group. That article is then followed by tip sheets on how to maximize the use of specific, selected name-brand products in that area.
