IF you are new to the world of wine, or a connoisseur, this is the corkscrew you want. When I opened the box, I was a little intimidated, as there are no instructions. But, you really can't mess it up. I do think taking the cork off is a little finger-fumbly, but it gets easier every time I use it. Definitely a must have.

Works like a champ! I already had the pump and two stoppers but need more for additional wine varieties. I'm the only in the house that drinks wine and I only have 1-2 glasses a week so this is a great way to protect my open bottles. Keeps me from having to drink the same wine till its finished.

This is one of the best wine-bottle stoppers I own. The copper finish is great, highly-polished. You need to twist the top of the stopper while holding the smaller "rim" at the base in order to expand the grommets that seal the bottle, but once you get it to the right "size" for a bottle, you can easily (with a little effort) remove it and put it back in. You may need to hold the "rim" with a cloth to avoid slippage, but it works well...very pleased.
