This is our second water kettle... our first one was alright, but was as durable. I really like this water kettle, its sturdy and holds about 3 travel mugs of water. It takes only 60 sec to boil one to 2 cups of water. Its great! We use it mutiple times a day! Love it. I like the fact the heater element is in the middle of the kettle. I like the view of water on both sides and that is automatically shuts off. The water gets extremely hot when you let it boil completely, not drinkable. Love that fact too!

I have had no problems using this and am very pleased with the results. I have had no difficulties with the wireless function and it has worked all the way to my neighbor's house, through several walls. The only incident was completely my fault whe I had taken the probe out of a hot piece of meat, then forgot that it was hot, and grabbed on to it a few minutes later which burned my fingers slightly. Pros: I really find the ability to manually select an exact temperature really improves the versitality of this device. It was a pleasant surprise to me when I began using it. Cons: The beeper could be louder as I have had to be careful and keep it near me or keep my music at a normal voulume to be sure I woudl hear it.

I have had this machine for 3 years, with no problems. It's very easy to clean & to set up the cycle. I bought this machine on the advice of a friend who owned a smaller Zojirushi bread machine. She advised me to not purchase the Breadman, which was cheaper. Having two mixing paddles was very important to her. She used her bread machine daily. Still does. I'm thankful for her advice. This is a great little gadget for the price! I looked at larger and much more expensive juicers, and initially, I was concerned that the Black and Decker model would not be an effective or durable product. Since it was much more affordable, I decided to give it a try. I have not been disappointed yet! I use it to juice lemons and limes for Whiskey Sours mostly. The unit works very well, it leaves no pulp in the fruit. Clean up has been a breeze. You can customize the amount of pulp you want in your juice. Don't know how I lived without it. The days of ice and freezer burn all over my food and steaks are over,Thank you FoodSaver. Extreamly easy to use. My wife who is defenitly untech, had it running and packing steaks we had in no time at all. This is with hardly even reading the directions. And she seemed to be having fun doing it. True we only have had it a week,but so far it works great.

I love to cook but I live in a small urban condo and don't have a lot of cupboard space so I have to be very picky with what kitchen utensils I buy but this one definately warrants a space in my droor. Before I had this I rarely used fresh corn for anything but corn on the cob but now I am going to use fresh corn for everything when it is in season because this tool works so great. Cheers to OXO for solving an age old problem!
