Water that's been filtered by PUR is noticeably tastier than water from other filters. I had been using Brita for years but when the dispenser broke, I researched water filters on Amazon and was pleased to see that PUR offered a superior filter. I have been using PUR for over a year now and am very pleased at the result. I will not stinge on the quality to save a few bucks. Water is too important a component of my diet and good health to mess with.

I am used to flat emery foot paddles, I use them all the time. The ped egg does have a place you stick an emery on it on the outside...so ok. BUT the inside is basically a mini cheese grater. Not as sharp, but yeah, that's what I would call it. I keep my feet in good shape, and can not use this on them, but I suppose if they were calloused it would be pretty decent. I got it for $9.99 at Walgreens, so no love loss I guess. I am not mad, or bummed out, you don't know until you try. I am sure someone in my family can use it.

The Wusthof is a must have for any knife owner that wants a sharp edge. I love tools that are simple and work. The process is very easy and I get a reliable sharp edge everytime I use it. I have sharpened every knife I have in the house. The tool is small enough to fit in a drawer or some counter space. Using the tool is not a chore and is easily available when needed. There is no setup involved. Grab knife, grab sharpner, slide through and have a sharp edge.

Bought this on sale, and glad I didn't pay full price. I used a few times and the metal cable burned nearly through (so now it's hanging by a few threads). After a few uses it stopped beeping, so now I need to run over every few minutes to check if food has reached proper temp. Also, it's not that easy to set the temp buttons. I'll stick with my digital instant-read one.
