I,ll preface this review by stating that I am a very dexterous person and makle a living with my hands. I put things together very well. That said, my experience with the 6012i was horrendous and frustrating. From the time it was set up, water continuously leaked on the floor. Made a mess.Tried again. Same result. I wish someone could tell me how to get rid of this floor washer. If amazon is listening, can I send it back to you folks? Help I have to admit though that after many years of shooping at Amazon this is the first time I have ever had a problem. JK

This thing will become your best friend if you love icecream.. It is super simple and really fast. (if you wait for it to completely freeze) It comes out like soft serve. But it hardens very quickly if put in the freezer inside the freezing container. Just watch for scratching the inside of the bowl.. Things can get hard to get out once set. We let it set on the counter for about 10 mins. and it is easier to work with. We are bad and we don't really follow the recipe book.. If you want richer icecream, substitute the milk with half & half and use the whipping cream it calls for then add any kind of additions in the last 5 mins. YUMMY..

I've had this unit for about 3 weeks now. It replaced another unit sold by a local drugstore, which was good, but just didn't put out the volume of humidity needed. The good: The unit can really put a lot of humidity into the air quickly. It is relatively quiet at all speeds. The lower the speed, the quieter. At the highest output level, you will have to refill the tank after just a few hours. On the medium and low speeds the unit easily goes overnight or all day. The bad: It really does have a tricky cap. It is hard to tighten it just so to keep it from leaking. What did you do right this try that you didn't do right the other three? The other minus is that the top of the water tank is rounded, so it is impossible to set it on a flat surface in order to tighten the cap or do anything ... Read More

I just love, love, love this quesadilla maker. I even have quesadilla parties so everyone can enjoy them. Since we purchased this one we have given them as gifts to a lot of other people. You can't go wrong with this purchase. I just throw a tortilla on the quesadilla maker and don't even use any oil. Add some diced up chicken or steak (really good if you cook the meat on the BBQ), green and red peppers and onions and green chilis and jalepenos along with cheese and you are set. For the kids just use cheese and they are in heaven. Serve with sour cream and salsa and a margarita on the side

I love this trash can. It is as affordable as other stainless trash cans of similar size, but this one offers the hands-free automatic opening. I actually have bought two of these, but the gear in the first one broke after it got stuck and I tried forcing it to close (not a good idea). I have now learned my lesson and if the lid on the new one ever gets stuck in the open position again, I'll know to be more gentle. I highly recommend this trash can -- just be a little careful with the lid if you want it to last.

I had a salad spinner before and didn't like it. The greens were still wet no matter how much I spun them. This one dries the greens very well. It is so easy to spin.

I just wrote this to Brita about my slim pitcher: I have model 0803 and to say I hate it would be an understatement. If I hated it just a tiny bit more, it would be in the garbage even though it isn't two months old and I have four more filters to use. The lid falls off whenever I try to pour out of it, the innards want to fall out which probably makes the lid come off, and the little spout thingy falls off. It is as though no one ever actually tried to USE the darn thing before they sent a whole load of them to WalMart. Just so's you know--it's a piece of garbage and I'll never trust the Brita brand again. ----- Seems to be a different model than the one on Amazon, but the other reviewers have the same problems I did except no carbon in the bottom ... I have only used this cake tester once so far, and I overcooked my cake, but it wasn't actually the testers fault because I didn't test it until it was already overcooked. My concern with the product is that the metal tester is very thin, kind of like a thick needle, and I don't know if it's thick enough to grab the cake batter and pull it out to let you know the cake is undercooked...I guess it could be designed so thin for people that don't want a visible hole poked in the top of their cake. On the upside the grip part is nice and big and easy to hold on to.

I'm quickly becoming a huge fan of Oxo products, and I'm starting to wish I were starting from a blank slate. Unfortunately, I have a lot of old, useless gadgets that will have to wear out before I replace them with Oxo. This set of tongs makes so much sense. The plastic areas both keep the tongs cool while you hold them and protects non-stick pans.

The Black & Decker Cup-At-A-Time makes one small cup of coffee at a time. When new it does have a plastic taste. I hope this will go away over time. You can wash the brew basket in the dish washer but not the main unit. No cup is furnished so you need to furnish your own. Forget a tall cup, it will only handle a small one. Make sure you put a cup under the nozzle before you turn it on. As soon as you turn it on coffee comes out immediately. I do not plan to use the furnished wire basket. Instead I found that a regular 8-12 cup paper filter will fit. One tablespoon of ground coffee seems to yield a good taste. There is no warming unit and the brewer shuts it's self off after making the coffee. Ideal for that one cup of joe.
