I am, literally, in awe everytime I use this mug. I put hot water and tea in at 7:15 am and close it. I open it at 10:15 and it's still hot...not like "oh so so" hot, but "OH SO SO HOT". Also, if you stick it in the freezer for a few minutes and then fill it with ice cold (liquor), you can have a frosty cocktail in the parking lot of your favorite concert, even if it's a few hours away. 8) don't forget the chaser. No ice necessary. I take this mug hiking, climbing, to the club, to work, hell I even bathe with it on occasion. 5 stars A+++, if it ever breaks, I'll buy three more.

We picked this up a a replacement to our BonJour Primo Frother which, in retrospect, was a piece of junk. The main battery/motor housing on that one fell apart shortly after the first time we replaced the battery, and we could never get the two halves back together properly. This one is comparatively built like a tank and the stand is pretty cool. The instructions say not to get the motor part wet, but it seems much more water-tight than competing products.

I finally found a new coffee maker I could dig and the carafe broke :(...I spent hours at Walmarts and Targets looking for replacements. Thank you AMAZON and Cuisinart for having this replacement. It works great and I can enjoy my coffee once again!!

I have been so pleased with this great little coffee maker. The amount of coffee brewed might be 4 cups in very tiny cups... but it is the perfect size pot to fill my thermal container each morning with some milk and chocolate and I'm out the door ! LOVE IT !!!

I will have to admit that I was more than a bit leary of ordering an appliance "maintenance" item online; however, I must say I am absolutely 100% pleased with the price and the product. This press makes the best tasting coffee you will ever drink. I'm sure there are other coffee presses that make coffee just as well, but I doubt they make anything better. This is a very well built press. The screen is held tight to the walls of the glass beaker by a coil spring keeping any grinds from getting by. The only grinds that escape to the coffee above are those that are smaller than the spaces in the screen. Many people are probably confused by the 12 cup rating. These are 4 oz cups. I get about 4 mug sized cups from this press. One thing I would have liked to have seen on this press is graduations on the glass holder. Arrived on time - it's less expensive at Amazon than in the gocery stors, assuming you can even find Seneo's decaffeinted coffee, which I usualy can't.

After going crazy trying to find the right grind and brew coffee maker, I first tried the Cuisinart grind and brew. I found that one to make good coffee, and it kept the coffee hot for four hours on the hotplate, but it was such a hassle to clean. Then I read about the burr grinder, and how people were saying that it gives more of a coffee shop flavor to fresh ground coffee. I read the reviews on the Capresso coffee maker which has the burr grinder, and even though it was very expensive, I went out and bought one. I was very dissatisfied with it. The coffee never really got hot after it was brewed, but then it would get even colder as it sat on the hotplate of the coffee maker. This is the greatest coffee maker we have ever bought. Your coffee is ready in a matter of a minute or two, which is what you want first thing in the morning. We have also used it for tea and hot chocolate with great results. We used to only drink instant coffee, but it took so long for the tea kettle to boil on the stove. This coffee is ready much faster, and of course tastes much better. More and more stores (including the big box stores) are now carrying the K-cups, so they are easy to find. Try it- you'll love it!
