Again I will put in a plug for Cooks Illustrated,they tested a variety of brands and stated that they all leaked when in water baths,explained how to prevent it and rated Frieling 9-inch Number 1.

The pan I received from an Amazon seller is identical to the pan in the photo and it is every bit as wonderful as I had hoped. I got it in 2 days with standard shipping from a local Amazon seller. It is high quality like all Nordicware for Williams Sonoma pans. Both sides baked evenly without sticking and went together with some frosting in the middle. I used a simple sugar glaze and everyone was very impressed. This pan is detailed enough for a tea with the ladies or a Winnie The Pooh birthday party! Personally I bake in my novely pans for no occassion at all and I love serving dessert with this one.

I ordered this for my son's 2nd birthday party and am so glad I did. I've never attempted decorating a shaped cake before, so I was a little nervous, but my sister convinced me that between the two of us we could do it. She was right, and the cake could not have looked better had it been done by a professional. Wilton included step-by-step directions on the back on the paper insert and it took a few hours, but it came out great. Maybe a little too great - my 2 year old refused to eat any of it! I would rate it a great cake for beginners; it has 4 different icing colors and we only used 2 tips.

I am using these pans to make square cupcakes for my wedding. The pans are the perfect size and very easy to use. The only problem that I had was finding square liners so that I could make individual cupcakes for 300 people for my wedding! They also shipped to me really fast-which was a plus, since I needed to see if they would work. I am sure that I will order from Chicago Metallic again!

You know how your cookie sheets "pop" when you put them into the oven when you bake cookies? Well, these don't! They are heavy enough to withstand oven heat and do NOT warp! I bake my dogs treats on these at 425 degrees and they have never ever did the "pop" on me and have never warped. Best value ever. Wish I had had them years ago.

This is a great pan for making shortbread. Much prefer it to the clay one it replaced.

I like to bake bread and felt that petite loaf pans would be a good way to make individual servings. I read the other reviews on this sight and decided to try this pan. I am very glad I did. The bread baked evenly and came out of the pan easily. Clean-up was a breeze. Today my daughter borrowed them to bake mini cakes. If she likes them as much as I do I may have trouble getting them back. :-)

This mum bundt cake pan is simply spectacular. With very little effort it looks like great effort was taken. Perfect for use during Spring and Easter. Pan preparation is the most important step so take a few minutes and do it right. Spray liberally with a cooking spray that contains flour like Bakers Joy then turn the pan upside down on a paper towel to drain out the excess. The another vital step is, once the cake is finished baking, let it cool upright in the pan 10-15 minutes (no shorter or longer) before turning the cake out onto a plate. And, if you want the detail to really pop, use a light cake (yellow, white, spice, etc.) with a very thick batter -- there are many bundt cake recipes on the internet.
