I couldn't find a 7" diameter springform pan in local stores and was pleased with the prompt delivery and reasonable price from Amazon. It's very easy to make delicious cheesecakes in a large (8" diameter) crock-pot using this springform pan. It only takes a little over two hours to bake a cheesecake this way. You can find lots of recipes on the internet for this type of cheesecake as well. Place the pan, filled with cheesecake batter, on a small rack in the crock-pot. The moist and even heat in the crock-pot make for a great cake. The non-stick pan washes up easily afterwards.

This low cost gingerbread man tray is very light and impresses the images evenly. I used original flavor non stick spray before I put the mix in and was able to pull the baked results out easily with a mere knife nudge. I made gingerbread cookie/cakes and chocolate chip cookies as well. The results were just as good with both, so it holds up well with multiple mixes. I let my items cool before applying the frosted faces and buttons, which set very nicely for a safe and tasty Christmas travel! I was very pleased, and so was everyone else!

I bought this pan to make a kugelhopf for the Tuesday with Dorie blog group where kugelhopf was the recipe for the week. The recipe came from "Baking: From My Home To Yours" by Dorie Greenspan. This pan worked great. The cake released without any effort when I turned it over. It is super easy to clean. This was my first experience with a silicone pan, and it won't be my last.

I used this to make a personal cake for the bride and groom to take with them on their honeymoon, rather than the cake topper. Very versatile since it comes in the 3 parts and had three boards that also came with it.

I have to disagree with everything previously stated by the first reviewer...except one...This might not be a project for young children. The snowman comes out of the pan perfectly IF YOU PROPERLY GREASE and FLOUR the pan. I will admit it isn't as easy to get the flour around in all the nooks and crannies as it is on regular cake pans but that is a minor point. The cake, anyway mine, came out without a hitch and the pan was clean devoid of any cake clinging to the pan that would be difficult to clean. I will admitt I have had very involved decorative molds that can be pesty but this is NOT ONE OF THEM. I used the cake recipe on the pan. I'm going to use a cake mix, however, in the future that has additions to make the cake more dense than a regular cake mix cake. ... Read More

I bought this in 08/2008 for $12.99 through amazon and love this silicon mold. I made madeleine for the first time and it came out great. I didn't butter or coat the mold with anything to prevent it from sticking and it came out so easily that it slides out by itself. A few that are stuck in the mold just needs a push from the outside of the mold and it comes right out. I baked the madeleines with a williams-sonoma baking sheet under it and the only complaint is that the bottom of the cookie in the middle has a small little round area that is more golden brown than the rest. It's not a big deal for me because I'm not serving it to food critics and I'm too lazy to hold the silicon awkwardly in the oven without the baking sheet. If i could give this pan negative stars, I would. Everytime we attempt to bake a cake in it, the top half sticks completely, runing the cake. I wish we had never wasted our money on it.
