I love Nordic Ware pans and I often choose this brand. I also like the Kaiser line from Germany too. I have bought a few of these pans, such as the palace, castle, and train. You have to use a good flour-oil spray, such as Baker's Joy, maybe even more than recommended in the little nooks and crannies. This helps with inverting the pan as well as getting the best detail possible. I have yet to get the results shown in the picture even with effort so I have to wonder about it. The cakes did resemble the picture on the label, but had a more melted candle look to them. If you're just trying to impress kids, this would probably be okay. I own four Bundt pans, and this is my least favorite. Even though it has the same capacity as two of my other pans (10 cups), the cakes from this pan look smaller and more compact. The detail on the cake is lovely, but it is a pain in the neck to clean. The narrowness of the ridges trap cake, non-stick spray, and flour - I have not been able to break the code of cleaning this pan. My other pans make just as pretty a cake, and do not leave me with any cleaning headaches.

This is not some flimsy bakeware set. Each piece has some weight behind it. They are very solid. Non-stick coating seems to withstand scratching from utensil use very well. I like this set so much, I ordered another. This set should not disappoint anyone.

I bought this pan to use with my new "Junior's Cheesecake Cookbook" and I'm so glad I did. This is a very well-made non-stick springform pan which has a unique design that prevents it from warping and leaking. The cheesecake turned out just like the picture in the book - perfect! It's an expensive pan, but quality doesn't come cheap; it should last a lifetime. This is a "must have" pan for cheesecake and I highly recommend it.
