This was not the product that I expected. I thought it was a hard plastic cooler. It has to be frozen and was not what I expected. I do not know how it worked since it was a gift and was not used at this writing.

The wine pump works just as advertised. be prepared that it doesn't come with extensive instructions or a fancy box, but it's a pretty simple concept. I have had it for over a month now.

I had hoped that these beads would solve my problem with a badly stained decanter. After several washings, the stain was 75% removed. Perhaps if I had started using the beads earlier before the stain set I would have been more successful. The Amazon price was about half of what other Reidel dealers wanted. The beads store easily in the plastic dish after use.

While the gasket I'm sure fits some blender, it does not fit the blender it is supposed to fit. It is to large and too thick. I am looking eles were to find one that fits and will not purchase from the web again. I strongly suggest that unless it have a model number that matches exactly, these gaskets are not interchangable and you need to take your base to the store with you.

I don't like this product at all. I have only had a partial sucess rate with one bottle. The rest get shredded. Nothing in their direction about using a spoon, but still doesn't seem to do much good.

I got this to insulate my stainless steel waterbottle. I loved the stainless, but then my cold water made my hands cold. This product solved that, and it's stylish too.

Heavy base is nice - the grandkids didn't tip the glass over very easily! Very space conservative, although they do not stack. For servicability I would give it a five. I gave it a four because it is so plain looking and the inside of the base is not parallel to the bottom - like it cooled at an angle. But the price was great and these should last us a long time.

I give it a 5 star on design -- I like the smaller 5-cup size (not too heavy), the sleek look, the simple on/off switch, and it's simple to clean. However I give it a zero rating on noise level. It is way too loud, I really wish I hadn't purchased it due to this.

Looks great, pretty good job with smoothies, though doesn't crush ice cubes in the mix. Problem is: have had for 3 months, used it maybe six times, and I can no longer remove the base from the glass pitcher. It's been very difficult since its first use, but now it's impossible to unscrew it, and I've tried everything. Also, the dispensing spigot is a great way to fill glasses as the blender is running, but the spigot completely fell apart in my hands as I was attempting to put it back together after washing it, and it can't be repaired. I contacted Hamilton Beach by email for hints on how to handle these problems, and I rec'd. one email telling me that they'd have someone else email me. Haven't heard a word since.
