I got the reccommendation for this non-stick fry pan from [..]and America's Test Kitchen and it is the BEST Fry Pan I've ever used. It is light, easy to clean,food cooks evenly and food doesn't stick.

Can't say enough good about the product. The non-stick really works, heating is even, price is right. BUT it came delivered packaged alone, at an angle in the box, padded only by some crumpled brown paper, and it warped. I was furious! I mean, a warped cookie sheet? I bent it myself back into shape, almost, and after using it for months it is now fairly even, but not exactly. Next time I will buy this product from a local store. As it is an ungainly sized item to ship, I don't really hold the shipper to blame, but it could have been laid flat and padded with popcorn. Seemed very sloppy handling, to me.

I've been baking for many years. Well I got some new brand name baking sheets at WalMart. After burning bread and cookies on them I knew something had to change. I read the reviews on these and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. No more burned food. Nice and heavy, easy to clean,nothing bad to say about them! Would recommend to any and everyone! Thanks

I bake semi-professionally, making at least three batches of cookies a week on these sheets. They are absolutely the best for cookies, I won't use anything else, and they have lasted for years and years. The irony of the negative reviewers on this site is that their baked goods are sticking only because they greased the sheet! Cookies should always be baked on an ungreased sheet. If a recipe calls for a greased sheet, such as with biscuits, always use shortening because such a thin layer of butter will burn, causing the biscuits to stick to the sheet.

Much to my surprise these old Foley food mills are still being made! This beauty is made out of stainless steel. Solid, easy to care for and gorgeous. The 2 1/2 quart one I have fits a smaller prep bowl, but I knew that it would when I ordered it. The sweep arm on the bottom comes off for cleaning with an easy twist of the nut that attaches it. The blade inside the food mill is easy to operate and to clean. It runs smoothly over the grate giving you a nicely textured dish. The rotating knob on the handle that turns the blade is a real plus, no blisters. I will admit to using a kitchen towel to hold the handle attached to the food mill because I prefer a solid handle rather than the loop style this food mill has. this pan is great. I HATE teflon and non-stick cookware in general as I do not trust it (anything that can kill a bird so easily is clearly potentially hazardous). All of my cookware is the old Corning ware type - got it from ebay. That stuff is great. However, I got really tired of losing half of my eggs and scrubbing for half an hour - perhaps a slight exaggeration but you get my point. So, strictly for cooking eggs, I got this pan after much research. I do not overheat it and only use it for eggs - I'm willing to be super careful with this and I think the tradeoff is worth the risk. Its the only nonstick piece I have so I'm cool with it. I have owned this cake pan for almost 10 years now and it still works like a dream. I never have anything burn in it and it still looks almost brand new. I highly recommend this!

My husband and I purchased four of these cookie sheets (2 of the large and a set of the medium size) for our Christmas cookie baking. We've used them a few times and the difference between these and our 15-year-old Wilton baking sheets would be noticeable to a novice. I did hours of research to settle on these cookie sheets for their price, material composition, reviews, and overall ease of use.
