My male dog was having a problem with marking in the house. The girl at the pet store told me that this was the best stuff for all problems in dogs, Well she was correct. If I run out the dogs act up. Its crazy how well it works.

This product was recommended by my veterinarian. I've been using it for about 2 months and it seems to work great. Was able to wean my 10 year old collie off oral anxiety medication. Definitely recommend giving it a try. No odor at all that we can smell as humans.

Despite some reviews I read before I purchased this product, it was money down the drain. Maybe it might work for a small dog with a mild nervous problem but it did nothing to calm our 2 corgi's. They get very agitated when we leave and sometimes pace nervously in the house when we're home. Both have always been high-strung. I wouldn't recommend this product. Save your money! (I have seen similar products at the vet, and our vet uses the one for cats often, and that does work. I guess I should have tried the brand the vet sells...)

I bought this product as a last resort effort to help my girl with her crate and seperation anxiety. I did not see any change in her behavior and it has not helped my situation. I did have a foster dog for a weekend and she was very happy to go into the open crate and sleep. ( it had been sprayed with D.A.P. ) But I don't know if that had anything to do with the spray. I will continue to use the spray with the hopes that it will eventually help. I don't know if it does or doesn't work, it just didn't work for me. ( so far )

This is excellent stuff and worth the $$. My dog is very nervous and this helped him. Did not cure his separation anxiety but has made him calmer overall.

I have three dogs that let me know a half hour before a storm hits that it's coming. They pace, pant and cower. Chloey, a parson's russell/sheltie mix is the worse. She hides under couch or bed and never seems to settle down until the storm is miles away and no rumbling of thunder can humanly be heard. Now with the DAP, I spray it on her bandana and she comes running, nose in the air, facing up, so I can put it around her neck. She still wants to find a hiding place but she stops panting and obviously takes comfort in the scent. My golden retriever, Chassis, also appears soothed by the scent.
