These little ramekins are fantastic for individual servings of dessert, fruits, dips, etc. Just the perfect size and go into the oven or the microwave. I also use them on a candle warmer--put a votive candle in to melt and it fragrances the room. No kitchen should be without these handy little bowls.

I was not impressed when i recieved my order. Everything was a lot smaller then i expected and it definately wasn't worth the price. I'd return it but everything was so tightly packed together i couldnt even get the box closed again.

I often take soup to work and need something to heat it up in. Plastic containers stain with tomato based soups and don't retain heat very well, this is perfect. The bottom doesn't stain (although the lid does) and it is easy to carry in a back pack or lunch box. An entire large can of non diluted soup fits in it easily with room for crackers.

I accidently broke one of these Corningware bowls that I've had for nearly 20 years and was very happy to find a replacement. They are the perfect size for a serving of soup or chili and are great in the micro-wave. The only thing new is the plastic cover. They fit tightly and I suppose would make anyone happy who uses them. Personally I could do without the cover, I use a paper towel in the microwave to prevent spills, but could see a use for the cover on occasion. These bowls are easy to clean and should last forever if you don't drop them on a tile floor!

fit fine for me. I like the size too because it's bigger then a creme brulee dish but not bowl size. It's perfect for individual sides :)

corningware as stoneware and Pyrex as glass are the best bakewares for baking breads, cakes, muffins, etc., I bought this 15 oz. size instead of ordering 4 piece 4-oz. ramekins. So the size is OK for me. I used to bake with aluminum foil in gas stove; however we had to move and our new place has electric stove. Unfortunately, aluminum foil does not bake good in electric stoves. So I switched to stoneware and glass recently and corningware is my favorite!

These SimplyLite casseroles are fantastic. They are very light weight and, I have to admit, I was skeptical as to how well they would hold up. I am a bit of a klutz and most of my glass casseroles are chipped here and there, but my SimplyLite has survived about everything I can do to it and still looks brand new. I am not easy on my SimplyLite. I have dropped it once on a lightly carpeted floor where a glass casserole had already met its fate. I have piled it under a ton of other dishes in the sink (I lost a couple of mugs that way) and it came out without a nick or scratch. When we moved, I had forgotten to wrap and pack it with my other casseroles and when we were on that last minute rush to get everything out, my husband noticed my SimplyLite casserole sitting on the counter ... I love using the two large casserole dishes but I don't have much use for the smaller ones which are much smaller than I expected them to be. The smaller ones are not only small but are very shallow: maybe 1 inch or so deep.

It arrived quickly and intact. The lid seems fine although it's not a tight fit it works fine. A very pretty dish, it serves my purposes well. I intend to buy more in different sizes to round out my serving collection. I can't afford a more expensive crockery serving set and the French White Corelle serving dishes are both pretty and inexpensive.
