I purchased this item as a gift. When opened, one of the free glasses was broken. I did not pursue this, as it was offered as free (so why bother).

I just purchased the 2 oz espresso glasses and I love them. They are as beautiful in person as they are in the picture. My personal preference would have been to have them be a bit heaver, something that's heavy strikes me as being quality but nonetheless these look amazing. A hot shot of espresso doesn't permeate the double wall meaning that tasty drink stays hotter longer. Would I purchase again? YES !!!!

Bodum is the best of the best when it comes to French Press coffee makers. Construction is very solid and nothing is rickety or cheap. The glass used for the press is laboratory grade, hand-blown glass, and is very durable, although you need to use a non-metal spoon to stir the grounds. Although it's a little more expensive, Bodum is an investment you'll be glad you made. If you're going to be making more than 1 cup of coffee a week, Bodum is the best value you'll find.

I got what I expected - a genuine Bodum 34-Ounce coffee press replacement glass beaker. What I am most impressed by was the speed I had received my order. I placed my order on Dec. 27th and expected it to arrive on Jan. 2nd as indicated. Instead, I received my order on Dec. 30th and it was in great shape!

I bought these for my husband. He's a draft beer lover and I got them for him to use with his beloved Heineken mini-kegs. My thinking was that their ability to keep the beer cold would be a big plus. Now that we are using them, I have to say that's only one of the pluses. They definitely keep liquids as cold as when they go in. Beer doesn't lose its head as fast as in other glasses and it tastes great to the last drop because it is so cold. But there's more we have found we like about these glasses. For one thing, they weigh so little. A typical beer glass is made of much heavier, thicker glass, which sounds great until you lift it over and over. It looks nice. It doesn't press coffee all the way into the bottom, thus leaving the brew a bit weak and wasteful of ground coffee. It is over rated considering the high price.

I have been using this teapot for nearly a year and I love it. The strainer works very well to trap the loose tea leaves, and the plunger seal is still strong so it effectively stops brewing when the tea reaches the desired strength. The glass tea pot and the plastic tea leaf holder are both dishwasher safe (in the top rack) and come out of the dishwasher sparkling. I was a little worried that the glass seemed thin but I haven't broken or cracked it yet. I would buy this for a fellow tea lover with no hesitation. It would make a great gift (particularly if packaged with some loose tea).
