This is a sturdy, durable product. We use it mostly for kneading dough and it works very well. Easy to use and easy to clean. A bit too heavy for moving around- but its something that goes as a side effect of durability. Our last stand mixer was destroyed (motor burnt out) because it was cheap plastic frame and couldnt handle dough mixing. This one does 8 cups easily..

While this pan is a true Calphalon original, it is not made in Toledo. It is, unfortunately, made in China like the Simply Calphalon line. I guess that is why it is so "cheap". But, that being said, this is still the Calphalon brand, and you know it when you cook with it! While I've only cooked with it once making a nacho bake, it was very nice to take this from the stove top to the oven, and then to the table. I browned hamburger, and threw in about 16oz of shredded cheese, stirred it, and threw it in the broiler at 425 for about 15 minutes. My teapot came with the entire top completely shattered, due to the way it was packed and handled on its way to me. I wish I could rate it more highly, but I never even got to use it. :( I'm going to use the refunded cost to buy a glass pot at a local store and I'll order the tea flowers separately.

This is the best invention ever! I only eat edge brownies. My husband then has to eat the inside brownies. He loves the edges, too, but he's sweet and lets me have them. This pan allows him to eat the edges, too. The little spatula that comes with it works perfectly. The non-stick surface just takes a little Pam before pouring in the batter, then it cleans out easily and completely. We love it!

I wanted a change from dark roast so I added this four-pack to my order. So far I have tried two. The Brazilian was way too weak. I can brew a six ounce cup with my machine and even that was too weak. The Sumatra was much better. Still have to try the other two.

Pyrex is the best. Freeze it, microwave it, put it in the fridge, do whatever. It's so nice to be able to cook, store, and reheat in the same dish. Stacks nicely, it's extremely durable. Cleaning it is a snap; it's very easy to see any smudges or stuck food bits. I am a Pyrex devotee for many, many reasons. Not only is it the best but it's also the most affordable. What more could you want?

The first thing I cooked were two quarter-pound pre-made Angus burgers, frozen solid. They cooked in 6-10 minutes and I think I got almost an eighth of a pound of grease out of them. That really opened my eyes. This product is great for quickly cooking meat from both sides and browning it just the way I like. And what takes thirty minutes on the stovetop takes eight on the George Foreman. Our family has been using it almost every day since it showed up.
