Finally I got my replacement order today. This machine is GIANT, and eats everything it can catch. As some review said, it is a little hard to draw it back since it rolls forward automatically. It even ate my husband's cellphone charge, so be careful - it really eats everything! By the way, the wire is a little hot after it finished brushing all the carpet floor(1br in my case). The noise is also big and we couldn't hear each other when it was in use.

I've had a top of the line Rowenta for years and I've hated it for years. I never knew how easy and fast ironing could be until I read reviews on Amazon - saw that this iron was rated very high on Consumers Report - and decided to give it a shot. This is the absolutely best iron EVER. So easy to use and I've cut my ironing time in half. The price is half of what I paid for the Rowenta. The Rowenta always leaked, turned off out of the blue and never really ironed my clothes well. You will be amazed at how great this iron is. You'll love it.

This charger works great, tells me if my old batteries are still viable, slow-charges, rapid-charges, reconditions batteries, is fairly compact in size, and the price is acceptable. Plus, it's really freakin' easy to use. I don't think I've ever given 5 stars before, but this product deserves it. I do wish I'd saved some money and gotten the BC-700, because I really don't need the extras. One note: full reconditioning of old or unused batteries can take days... No two ways around that, it's not the fault of the charger, and very very few chargers do a real reconditioning. Honestly, I don't see any reason to buy any other charger for A or AA batteries. And, no, I have absolutely no ties to this company nor its distributors.

We love the Heineken BeerTender (having cold draft beer in the house is great!), and though you must have the BeerTender Tubes in order for it to work, there is frequently a problem with them. Sometimes the spout end of the tube doesn't allow the spigot top to shut properly, so we have to wiggle it around and play with it for a lot longer than seems right to get it to shut. When they slide right in, it's a wonderful thing, but about 75% of the time, this problem arises. Other than that, Amazon got them delivered in short order, so Amazon gets five stars!

Love this floor steamer. Does not get up much dirt but at least I know the germs have been killed.......so I guess it's clean dirt! Heats up FAST and easy to use.

Was expecting this product at least a week after the shipping date. Somehow, never received it after more than three weeks later. Don't know who the seller is but its very very bad customer service. Never received any notice, call, email, etc. on how/why the product never came\^^/

Just bought this machine last week. Cleaned a berber carpet as well as a cotton rug and some upholstery. My unit does not leak at all. It took about 10 mins to assemble, then off I went. Pre-treat obvious stains and spots first, cleaners like this one do a "general" cleansing and are not designed to remove spots. The ability to clean is obvious when you empty the waste water tank ... yuch, mine was brown and dirty, and i am a clean person. I did it a second time a few days later and the water was a light brown, not near as dirty. The unit also pulls most of the water out of the rug.

I purchased this when it was on sale during the Friday sale on a whim. I am so glad I did. I find many uses for it, why in the world did I not have one before. It sits on my counter and is used virtually every day. I am happy with the construction and the power. I figure it is one of the best surprize purchases I have made!

Product not for serious wine drinkers does not fit all bottles I have had broken bottles on a couple of occasions. Now the battery won't hold a charge after 5 months. Buy a real corkscrew not a kitchen gadget that waste counter space.
