I'm not an Iron Skillet professional but this thing makes a killer steak at a reasonable price!

You can't even get a cheap aluminum pan for this price anymore. My pan arrived with a small crack in it. Amazon replaced it for free and it wasn't a very big hastle. Check your items good, you could barely see the crack, but you could hear it when you knocked on the pan. Great product at a great price with free shipping.

this is truly nonstick and will remain so with care. With a weight it can create a pannini lookalike and taste a like.

These frying pans were a great value. Cooking, frying and cleaning are effortless with the excellent non-stick surface.

I am very pleased with my griddle/crepe pan by, Calphalon. It a very good product. It is a heavy well made griddle/crepe pan. I would recommend it to anyone.The price was great for the quality of the product. I use it almost every day.

I purchased this pan almost two years ago. I have been nothing but disappointed in it, which is surprising because everything else that I have purchased from Calphalon is wonderful and worth every penny. This pan, however, is not! Everything sticks to it. All types of food and this is while using every nonstick spray, butter and many different types of oil to prevent the sticking. Nothing works. A few months ago, I had finally had it with this pan after cooking many aggravating meals with it. I went to Target and bought a similar Calphalon pan with a see through glass lid. It has been a wonderful replacement.

I've used this pan to make a single egg (the reason I wanted something this small) and even though it is "preseasoned" I've always pammed it and preheated it and the eggs still stick to the bottom. Because it cannot be soaked it is hard to scrub out the egg. It cooked a small piece of salmon well enough, but again it was hard to get clean.

I bought this to replace another pan that I had from a different but well known maker. This pan is far superior than the one I had before. I know its a little expensive but its better than having to replace your pans all the time. I would buy this again in half a heart beat.
