This product works great! The Peter Pasta video (cooking.com and uTube) was great to show how to use it. It is simple! I read the reviews of the various past options from KitchenAid and this one got the best reviews - and they are right! We made ravioli and fettucini so far with great success. We just used a simple VillaWare 10 square ravioli maker along with this product and were delighted. The only negative thing is that I opened the pasta maker, put it in my sink to wash it before I saw the label to not submerged the parts. So, a word of caution - don't submerge the parts!

I receieved this as a gift back in June. I've used it many times since then and love it! It is so much better than my old drying rack. This one disassembles and stores easily. Also, it doesn't take much counter space which is always a plus!

This product is good. It works as what it said. I use it to make Chinese dumping. It's very convenience. I don't buy dumplings from market anymore. However, it takes some practices to get the full benefit it provides. I suggest everyone to read and follow the instruction prior to your first use.

I didn't know that a good pizza wheel existed. I would order pizza just because it would come pre-cut. Just kidding. This item works great.

This is a long pizza peel so be prepared when you go to store it. It has a hole in the handle but no loop. I used a piece of leather shoe string and it looks good. The box was crushed and the tape was loose but the peel was fine. They used very little packing material to keep it safe. Good product, poor packaging.

Love this hand held pizza slicer. great looking, easy to clean, well designed so you press down no the pizza exactly where you want with the razor sharp blade. Good looking, easy to use. Zyliss makes great stuff!

This pasta machine is the same machine used at a cooking school in Assisi, Italy. There, my husband and I recently learned the history and art of pasta making. The Imperia pasta maker works smoothly and cleans up nicely. Keep your dough on the dry side and it won't stick or gum up the rollers. Guide the noodles over your hand as it comes out the from the rollers. This keeps the dough from folding on itself.

What is there to say abut something as unglamorous as a stone except that it does its job extremely well. What makes the best pizzeria pies much better than home baked ones is the crispy underside and tender upper side to the dough. To do this requires a quick bake in a very hot oven and a mean to draw the moisture from the bottom of the crust. We accomplish this by baking in our outside closed BBQ and the baking stone. The higher temperatures and baking stone makes the best home made pizza we have ever made and better than most store pizza's. Highly recommended.

This pan doesn't seem to cook crusts any better than any other pizza pan. The holes are rather a pain too between dough cooking into the holes (time intensive clean-up!)and crumbs covering your counter when you cut a crispy crust.

I teach pasta making classes on a regular basis and have always used a hand cranked pasta machine. Last week a friend brough over his KA rollers for me to try. We attached them to my KA mixer, and WOW! It was incredibly easy and made the absolute best textured pasta I've ever had - EVER! I was so excited by the thought of being able to make extruded pastas with these plates I was going to jump on here and buy them right away --- that is until I read all these horrible reviews. THANK YOU EVERYONE!! I guess I'll stick with my fettucine, linguine and lasagna and buy the wonderful rollers instead!
