From a design standpoint, this is a very good product. But the documentation is pathetic, and was clearly never tested with new / real users. There is no explanation of how it's supposed to work. That understanding is very helpful: with it, you'll never have trouble, and will marvel at the clever design. Let's get started. Looks good but shaker starting rusting after first use. The bottle opener bends when using. So, I guess it's safe to say, I'm not a satisfied customer.

As other reviewers say, these really work and keep your table-tops free of drips. Despite their diminutive size, they stay firmly placed in the bottle while in use. They also facilitate a nice slow pour, providing some aeration to the wine.

I just used this product and it does take the air out of the bottle very easily. The cork screw opener doesn't seem well made, but do the job. The only real problem I had was that the vine server has sharp edges.

I wasn't getting my 8 glasses of water a day and I was looking for a glass rather than plastic pitcher. This one came with these lovely glasses which as I understand it, are for beer. I don't care for beer but I think they'll make great smoothie glasses....they are so tall. If you want a hint about better water, if you fill the pitcher and leave it uncovered in the refrigerator overnite it is healthier for you. :)
