Amazing! It's hard to belive that a product so small could produce so much torque... it opens any wine bottle with ease. Attractive enouch to remain on bar or countertop.

This was not the product that I expected. I thought it was a hard plastic cooler. It has to be frozen and was not what I expected. I do not know how it worked since it was a gift and was not used at this writing.

I wouldn't expect this to really chill a bottle of wine, but it's sure handy to put over a bottle while it sits on the table. It keeps the wine chilled while sitting out.

This is a great way to cool down your champagne. I bought one for my personal use, and one for a gift. I would highly recommend this champange chiller. It works great.

Other than that, what's there to complain about? The new version of the product has a plastic sleeve that gives a more accurate temperature reading but why care when it takes all day to chill the bottle of white? It is unbelievably noisy when operating and couldn't possibly be used any place you want to have a conversation. If you put your white wine in the refrigerator to bring it close to serving temp and then put it in the chiller it might work to your advantage (the unit won't be on very long) but this thing is not worth whatever you're going to pay for it. BTW, there's now a 2-bottle version. It doesn't work any better.

I own a restaurant and use these chillers for our white wines. We are an unpretentious place, but serve wines that sell for up to $125 a bottle. With that said, these chillers look great on the table and do justice to even the more expensive wines. The price is fantastic and the quality is pretty good. We have had a problem with the kitchen staff using the chillers for hot liquids at times and this results in cracking of the steel inside the chiller, so I would not recommend using these for anything but cold liquid or wine bottles. (Hot liquid is not what these are intended for, but in a restaurant, the staff will take certain liberties so just thought I would mention it).

These wine jackets work for only a short period of time. You must replace them frequently to keep a bottle of wine cool...or...drink quickly.

I have a five piece set in my freezer, great for kids boo boos. Really doesn't keep food cold(actually more like cool) for more than an hour, and only small items. My kids love to grab these for bumps and bruises.
