Let me say right away that this isn't a lighter that you open and start using, and then throw away when you're done with it. If you want one of those, go get a Bic. This is a Zippo! Sure, you have to refill it some, (since it comes without fluid, and dries out after a few weeks) and you can mess up your wick easier than you can mess up a regular lighter, but that's kind of the point. You see, this is the kind of lighter that you're supposed to buy and actually care for, which is part of its charm. If you mess up the wick, grab some tweezers and some scissors and pull the wick up a little bit (its surprisingly long) and cut the wick to the desired length. This is an excellent cleaner but you don't need as much as they suggest using in the ultrasonic cleaner. A capfull or so is fine if all you're doing is a few items. They suggest a lot more than that and when I did that the jewelry was very soapy afterward no matter how much I rinsed.

My husband bought this set to have my daughter give it to me for Mothers Day. When she realized that it was a set we would both use she was even more thrilled! What little girl doesn't like to wear thing like mommy has?? We put the necklaces and earrings on immediately and wore them all the rest of the day! Now whenever we go somewhere (even to the grocery store) she asks if we should put on our matching jewelry! The necklaces are nicely made and should last for years. the one drawback to the necklaces is that they are close enough to chokers, I would have liked a little more slack in mine. To be honest, I got this on Amazon's 70% off Summer Blowout, so the price was under $10. It's a pretty ring, with stones that are a deep orangey-red. It's actually very pretty, just not the true or dark red I expected. The setting goes a bit too far on either side of the ring, which can make it a tad uncomfortable to wear, as the setting itself sits a high on the finger. This means it doesn't lie flat against your finger, which is just fine as long as the setting doesn't extend to the area between your fingers. I have relatively small fingers, so perhaps it would not be an issue for larger ring sizes. Overall, I'm happy with the ring, but it won't be getting quite the wear I thought it would due to the color and fit issues.

I ordered this necklace when it was one of my Gold Box Deals, and it's a lot nicer than I expected. The 36" length can't really be comfortably worn doubled unless you have a thin neck, but it's a nice length anyway. The turquoise chips weren't particularly rough, as other reviewers have said, but they are chips and are slightly different shapes and sizes. If that bothers you, don't buy this. Personally I find it to be a lovely necklace that has a little personality. I've ordered another one as a birthday present for a friend.
