These tampons are certainly the cheapest I've been able to find, but having used Tampax my whole life, I'm a little disappointed. The applicator on these tampons isn't as well designed as on the regular Tampax cardboard tampon. It's impossible to grip, and very hard to slide through - basically of very little use. The 'fresh' aspect is more of a novelty than anything - I don't notice a difference, not that I thought odor was a problem with regular ones anyway. Overall, cheap and does the job, but a little annoying to use.

Did I miss something? Why are these boxes of Today Sponges so pricey? Last box I bought about 6 months ago cost about $15 for a package of 6. Are the off the market again. I seem to be having trouble finding them except here but for an unreasonable price. Otherwise I really liked using the Today Sponge.Worked well and was convienent.

I love these pads. I switched over from Always because I was trying to find something that is better for the environment, but I didn't like the idea of washing cloth pads. For a light or medium flow, the regulars are great. For a heavier flow, I go back to my Always overnights because where I get the regulars do not sell the super size. :( I have also noticed a decrease in yeast infections by using these since they are toxic chemical free. :)

Complete Menopause vitamins have enabled me to go completey off hormone replacement therapy which I had been on for the past thirteen years. I have more energy and very few hot flashes, which is why I went on the hormone replacement therapy in the first place. I think the combination of herbs and vitamin supplements in this product is very well balanced, and I have never used a vitamin product before that has had such wondeful results. I hope Rainbow lite will continue with this product as there are very few products that help women in menopause.

My only complaint about this pad is the lack of wings. Otherwise, great! Holds up well to exercise (I bike, ride horses, and do martial arts), comfy, absorbent, lining doesn't rip.
