First, I will give the product credit for creating a great sense of satiety. It wasn't like I immediately felt full, but that I simply didn't feel hungry for HOURS afterward. So, I would give the product 5 stars for that. Unfortunately, I found the drink to taste way too sweet and pretty weak on the coffee taste. Perhaps I need to try adding some instant coffee, as I suggested to another reviewer. When/if I do that, I will update my review. In any case, as it is, I would only give this two stars, at most, if it were not so good at staving off hunger. Bottom line: If you're looking for a substitute for your Starbucks Latte, move on. This is a great value as locally they charge more for the sugar free Swiss Miss. The 8 pack box may be on sale for 2 for $5 but always excludes the no sugar added one. It bugs me they leave something out and it has to cost more!. It can even be hard to get in my neck of the woods. Now I have enough to have one everynight before bed through the Winter. YUM, why have more sugar when this tastes so good?

I started using Zico coconut water last year as an alternative to"plain"water during our hot humid FLorida summers. It is more refreshing (and less caloric) than the sports drinks used by many to replenish electrolytes. I've started using it in place of water when blending a protein shake following a workout.

This is a good substitute for the Postum drinkers since they quit making Postum. Of course, it has its own distinct flavor. I have been enjoying it.

I saw this tea on amazon but didn't want to invest in 6 boxes without knowing if I liked it. I found it at the grocery store and it was 3.50 a box (way more expensive then here on amazon) and decided to try it. This to has a wonderful smell and flavor - drank two cups of it the first day I bought it. Will definitely be adding it to my tea collection.

I have tried other coconut water products that have a slightly fresher and sweeter taste, but this one is more affordable. Good product, just slightly more "prosessed" tasting than some of the more expensive ones.

This is pretty good coffee and comes in a pod which I was looking for. Their quality control wasn't very good though. Four of the 18 pods in one box were broken open, I guess by the machine that closes up the pod before putting it in the packet, and coffee was loose inside the packet. I would have complained but didn't intend to reorder so let it go.

Smooth taste with a touch of caffiene. Wife has been drinking it for years to get going in the A.M. Easy on the stomach. Not like cowboy coffee that is so thick that it will hold a fork upright. But, hey, to each their own. ** you can have it shipped monthly too.
