This thinghy is so cool! I just wrote a review on another Zeno listing, but wanted to write one here too because I actually have the teal Zeno. Whatever color you get it in, Zeno works the same by keeping a consistent low heat that kills the zit! No washcloth can do that! No washcloth has ever gotten rid of my zit by the next day, with no scarring, peeling, etc. that are the result of many topicals. Zeno is definitely a "must have" beauty tool! Use it one day and the zit is gone the next! AMAZING!!! Definitely a product that is true to it's word! I guess that is why my dermatologist highly recommended it to me. I just wish I had tried it sooner!

Wow I can't believe how great Zeno works! When I feel a slight sore red bump coming up under the skin and painful to the touch, I grab my Zeno because after two times using it, the red bump all but disappears. This means no more eruptions which means no scarring. This thing is amazing. You must catch the zit early for it to fully work after two to three treatments. I've done this now at least 45-50 times because I just bought my first tip replacement. I've never seen anything work so great for me. Of course this is used in addition to good daily hygiene of washing and cleaning my face twice a day.

I have what I would consider moderate acne: usually 1 - 2 pimples a week, so I thought the Zeno would work great for me, since "moderate acne" is what it says its best at. The very first pimple I used it on, it really didn't do anything, even though I felt like I caught it early. I was beginning to feel a little discouraged, but then I used it on another one, and it did work. The area started getting sore to the touch and a little red (a clear sign that a pimple is on the way), so I started using the Zeno every 6 - 8hrs or so. And after 2 treatments it was clear to me that it was working, so I used it 2 more times and the pimple never came in. It works, but you need to follow the 2-3 times daily routine for it to work. You can run through the 60 uses pretty quickly at that rate.

Works well for one or two blemishes at a time. If you have a pizza face, better stick to washing and creams.

I bought this device mainly for my teenage daughter who has a horrible back acne, as well as face and chest acne. This device is uniquely effective at helping heal lesions that are raised. My daughter finds the device painful (it's hot), but tolerates it partly by being distracted watching TV. Initially, I used the 2-minute cycle which led to some skin damage. I now use a 30-second cycle. After treating the zit, it is noticeably smaller, and itches. She has commented that the zit is less uncomfortable than before treatment, which makes sense since it is smaller. I rarely have to treat a zit another time; the zit heals on its own after treatment, and is gone in a couple of days. This is an absolutely incredible tool in the battle against acne. I wish it had been available when I had acne.
