I did not buy the Zeno online, I bought it from the local drugstore. It costs about the same amount. the Zeno device is great! I have moderate acne, and I often dread waking up in the morning and seeing an ugly zit starts to form on my face. I use just my Zeno now, and it reaallllly shortens the life of them. If you catch the zit early enough, theyb don't even have time to form in to full-blown zits. I love this device

Identical to the original, easy to replace; just wished they came with more uses per head, but that's controlled by the manufacturer. They did come out with a complete new system with more uses per head, but for me it's not cost effective.
