It took about three weeks for me to start seeing results. I take four instead of the six recommended because I am small framed but it does the job. Drink plenty of water though

I've been lifting for about 8 years now and I'm 6'1, about 240 lbs with 18'' arms and a 49'' chest. I'm telling you this as I've gotten to the point where I've plateaued in my lifting and I was looking for a way to get beyond the plateau. With that out of the way, I'm not sold on this product at all and I didn't notice any change what so ever when taking these pills. So after taking them for about two months, my conclusion is they do not work for me. Also, pretty much all the amino acids in these pills are available in most protein shakes and the protein shakes offer more in the way of protein.

I couldnt use this product long enough to see if it worked. I was so nauseous and jittery I couldnt do anything, I wish I knew how the results were because I spent alot of money it, but I ended up flushing them down the toilet.

It's a good combination of vitamins minerals, just about what I wanted. The capsules are a bit big, but not horse size. The Vitamin D content is up to the new RDA.

3 times in a row I ordered this andeach time the glass bottles were shattered. I contacted Amazon customer service and they made good on the order (replaced twice then refunded the last time). I could not get them to package the glass containers adequately and they were not concerned that I had to order the item from someone else. ps- the last two orders contained two GLASS bottles with NO PACKING MATERIAL AT ALL IN THE CARTON! Of course it was going to break.

My husband and I have been using this vitamin for years. We both seem to be so much more healthy. Neither one of us has had a cold in years. We're not great healthy eaters, so I attribute it to the vitamins. Before we started these vitamins, my husband wouldn't take any. After he tried for awhile and then stopped for awhile, he noticed the difference. Now he faithfully takes them. After a few days of missing them, we feel the difference. I started ordering from Amazon because it was a lot cheaper than my health food store. The only recommendation is more cushioning so the bottle(s) don't move around in the box.

Its not a magic pill but if your dieting properly and exercising this is a great supplement to assist in burning fat as energy. Its a non-stimulant so you wont feel any added energy from it but since your cells are water based fat cells can't travel into the cell to be burned for energy. L-Carnitine is water soluble so it attaches itself to a fat molecule and passes it through the cell wall which can then be used as fuel. Other than that the only muscle in the body that burns fat exclusively as a source of energy is the heart. Hence, target heart rate during cardio and thermogenic fat burners which speed up your heart rate. I take 3 tablets a day and follow a strict exercise and diet program.

I tried this product out as best I could. I waited until I would have a full 3 weeks to go to the gym religiously and eat properly. I then followed the dosage instructions to a tee. Unfortunately, I saw and felt very little effect from this supplement. It is a great concept, but it just didn't do anything for me. Not recommended...

This is the first Whey Protein I started drinking, and I like the vanilla flavor, which is very versatile and you can mix with an expresso and it tastes like Frapucchino or Coffee ice cream, you can also add some cinnamon and oats and tastes like oatmeal shake which I love, I drink it with nonfat milk and mix it in a blender. I like that it is sweetened with both Acesulfame K and Sucralose, not just Acesulfame K giving it a more natural sweet taste. I also tasted Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, and this one has a richer taste, but both are good. The amount of protein per serving is on par with other top brands.
