I had lost my Mach 3 Turbo, so I decided upgrading to new Gillette Fusion Power with 5 blades. I got thick and hard hairs. These five blades are too close to each other creating a very rough experience like ripping out my hairs and shaving my skin. Tried few times, but kept regretting. Finally, ended by buy Mach 3 Turbo.

It gives a better shave than most 2 blade razors I've tried (Excel, etc.), and 3 blades is about the most blades that I can use on a razor and be able to get to all the nooks and crannies on my face - thus I don't recommend the Fusion or any other razor with more than 3 blades. I was so excited about the prices compared to the $23-$24 I pay for them in NYC. When they arrived, I shrugged off the German packaging. But when I used them, I knew I was had. These razors are very tough. They hurt and did a poor job. I went through several razors in the first pack, then opened the two other packs, hoping that maybe it was just one pack. But no, it was the whole lot. They all were terrible. I finally tossed them and went to my local pharmacy and bought another pack. My face feels so much better. If you think you found a good deal, Don't do it!

I have used this for 3 years and it broke yesterday after I dropped it (for about the 100th time). I was devastated, because they cannot be found at the local retailers since the "Fusion" was released (lots of Mach 3 blades, but no power Nitros). I have some acne scars, an abnormally shaped jawline (hey, to my wife its "endearing"!), and a tough beard. This thing was a real skin saver. I can't remember the last time I suffered a shaving cut.

Packaging indicates they are from Brazil, but these cartridges work as well as any other Mach3 I've used. As always, Mach3 provides a great shave.

For many years I have used Bic's disposable single blade razors. They do the job but I never got a really close shave after the first one with the same razor. I also got at least one nick or cut every 3 or 4 shaves. I bought a Mach 3 Turbo, March 9, and have been pleasantly surprised at the ease of use, the lack of nicks and cuts, and the very close shave I get. I regret waiting until now to try this razor. The only negative I give it is the uncertainty of placement when I trim my sideburns. That could be because the razor's head flexes or bends so much. Still, I will not go back to disposable razors.

I bought these razors thinking the deal was because of volume, but they are complete garbage. They look new and are in the box, but they shave like a razor you have used for a month. DO NOT buy these! You will not be satisfied.
