i picked this stuff up looking for something different, ive already tried thermogenic stuff and cortisol blockers and cutting pro-hormones but none of them rly felt like they were giving me the edge i needed to break through cutting plateaus. What this stuff is, is sort of ambiguous, all I know is when I take it all I can think about is exercising and trying to reach my goal, theres definetly some ingredients that help u mentally, it couldnt be a placebo because I didnt know what this stuff was even supposed to do. Also both me and my friend noticed that you can barely feel yourself getting tired and are pretty amped. On the whole I think all the effects are comparable to amphetimines. Fat loss is going great at a steady 2 or 3 pounds a week

I have used S. Gold now for almost 90 days with expectations of youthful gains and have been rewarded with increased energy (subjective) decreased weight (lost 5 lbs)without changing my diet or exercise, and definitely much better sleep. I don't think I look any younger (this might take longer) and the thick hair of my youth has failed to return (maybe this takes longer too). In any event I plan to use this for another 90 days and then see what other results I get.
