Hi. I have just bought my 3rd one of these humidifiers! I love them. They are very quiet and perfect for a small-medium room. It runs all night on either low or high. And the best part... it doesn't weigh a ton to refill. I just carry the tank to the sink and fill it from there. No need to do it in the tub and break your back holding it while it fills. I've had 2 back surgeries and can't lift anything heavy, so the weight of the filled tank is absolutely crucial to me. I also love how quiet it is. I highly recommend it! I plan to buy a 4th one to take to my office. Best to all!

I used to get facials at this spa, but it got too expensive and also time consuming. I don't always have 3 hrs a week to get a facial. After reading all the good reviews, I bought this steamer last year. I thought this was so cheap, I had nothing to lose. What a pleasant surprise! This is so easy to use, just add salt, pour in water and plug it in! Lots and steam. If you don't get enough steam, just add more salt, it's that easy! You start getting steam less than 5 min after you plug it in, so there's no wait either. I love it and it's such a great price. I can just steam my face for 15min a day, twice a week while I'm watching shows on my laptop.

This filter, works very well with the humidifier we have, but the instructions are not clear on everything you need to do to make it work well. It has to be soaked for 15mn and then thoroughly rinsed so that it works properly. If you do not rinse it,the humidifier shoots a not very pleasant yellowish mist that fills up the environment. Other than that, it has been a very good product.

With little kids at home, a humidifier is almost a must-have. We run our humidifier every night all night long. We used to own a cool mist humidifier but it was a small one holding less than a gallon and eventually "rusted" out. With that said, I really like this humidifier. It has a big 2 gallon capacity, it's quiet (sounds like gentle boiling water), it's adjustable, it's fairly attractive to look at, and it's solidly built. We also have a humidity monitor in our room and it does increase the relative humidity by 10-25% depending on how long you run it. I should also tell you that our room is pretty big - 16x28 feet. (1) Bought this humidifier advertised as "silent." Silent to me means that it doesn't make noise, and not having owned a humidifier before that's what I expected. It's not LOUD but it makes noise. (2) Covered every single thing in my room with white dust the first day. Gross. (3) Gets really dirty inside the unit and you have to clean it. (4) It BROKE! Stopped working suddenly, no power at all after 10 months. Kaz will replace it but I have to ship the whole mess myself which will probably cost a pretty penny, and the replacement won't arrive for 4-6 weeks. (5) I will be looking for a different model.

Bought these to replace filters in our humidifiers. We have 3 young children and we use those 'Vicks' Humidifiers. Fairly easy to use and clean, but the filters get kind of mucked up. So, I thought I would order new ones...reasonably priced and easy to use. Makes me feel better having these clean!

The first time I used the steam facial with water from the sink and pinches of salt, no steam came out of it. Then I added more salt which produced a heap load of steam, but left my face itchy and red. When I substitute it with bottle water, it also provided a great amount of steam and no more itchy, red face! It left my face really soft. It's really easy to assemble and I would recommend this product to anyone.

The cartridge that came with the vicks humidifier only lasted about 10 fillings (they claim 30-40). I think it would be just as cost effective (and easier) to just buy distilled water to use in the humidifier, and skip the filter cartridge.

First one I tried I thought I had done something wrong. After plugging it in, the room smelled of sewage (no joke, literally like sewage). Couldn't figure it out until I realized it was this vaporizer. Exchanged it, and same problem. Don't know if that only happens the first X amount of tries but that is unacceptable!
