I got the pink chi was I loved the color. Sadly, it does not get as hot as the black chi. Therefore, if you're looking for a good chi, this one would not fit the profile. Just stick with the black chi's!

I purchased this item for my wife for our anniversary. Was shipped fast (3 days!)it should have, I paid $15.00 for shipping that actually cost $4.75 to ship! The next day my wife used it. The second day it would not turn on. I returned it to the seller (Zoonda sales). Two weeks later, I contacted Zoonda, and they said they would replace it when they recieved the return. I tracked it,They recieved it. We still do not have the item. Can you say RIP OFF?

This stuff is amazing." She showed me the bottle, and I immediately went online to order some for myself. I ordered two bottles of the shampoo and two of the conditioner. My husband has even commented on how soft my hair is now. And it makes my blown-out styles have a bit more control/less frizz. Is it miraculous? ok.... I bought this flat iron and it worked PERFECTLY!! i loved it until it didnt work 2 DAYS LATER!!! soo yes i recomend it... it didnt work because it got messed up during shipping just make sure that where ever your buying it from ships it as "fragile" I am defiantley sticking to CHI! :]

I never understood why people would spend more than 15 bucks on a hair dryer...now I have my answer. My hair, which is fairly thick, dries in less than 10 minutes with this dryer. With my old dryer, I had to dry my hair in shifts or it would just get too hot. The Chi Pro solves this problem. My hair is dried in one short session. Highly recommended!
