I eat cold, soaked in Vanilla Soy Milk for 10-15 mins. The milk gives it just enough sweetness, and extremely healthy. A cup of this stuff with just enough milk to cover keeps me going until lunch no problem.

These Kind bars are so delicious I signed up for regular deliveries from Amazon! Each one tastes slightly different, depending on the combination of nuts in the particular bar. I taste several nut varieties in these bars, plus a fruit puree. Very satisfying!

I love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter and these Protein and Fiber bars by Kashi allow me to enjoy them both sans guilt. The complex blend of grains used helps one digest slowly and keeps one satisfied for a long time. It's portable and doesn't lose its shape or form when thrown into one's purse or diaper bag. They also help with regularity. I would recommend this to anyone who is active.

This by far is my favorite of all the Kind Bars. Not too sweet, but sweet enough to settle a sweet tooth craving. A healthy alternative that tastes great!

Of all the kind bars I've tried, this is my favorite. Nice big chunks of macadamia nuts, very yummy.

It was 1971 when I started my day with a bowl of Product 19 and half a grapefruit. Yet, the daily anticipation of the flavor, crunch and satisfaction of obtaining so many RDA's has never wavered. Only Total cereal approaches Product 19's vitamin content but with a flavor I consider minimally palatable at best. When the last store in my area stopped carrying Product 19, I was driven to call Kellogg's who provided no consolation. Then, I found Amazon.com promoting their grocery line.... Amazon is a life-saver!.. I recommend any reader of this review that has Product 19 in their market to try this product. Read the box text, become a believer and enjoy!

Most health bars taste awful. Fiber One Bars Oats & Chocolate is not bad at all. A little chewy, but it does not crumble when you bite it while other snack bars shatters to hundreds of pieces of crumbs. This one you can enjoy even if you are in front of your computer keyboard. I like the Fiber One Granola Bars Oats & Caramel better as the chocolate tends to be a little bit too sweet. Also kinda small for my satisfaction.

As a person on the go, I cannot say enough of these bars! I am always running and carrying a Kind bar with me is too easy. I have tried several flavors and adore them all. Chocked full of great-tastings nuts and fruit, these are extremely satisfying and well-worth what they cost over an average candy bar. I eat them on on the way to work and on the way home. Sometimes I put one in my sack lunch as well. I can't think of anytime I wouldn't appreciate a KIND bar! My husband loves them too!

My daughter eats one of these bars almost every day. She had to go gluten-free last year and this was the first treat we found that she really liked. She takes them to school for her snack and doesn't care that the other kids are getting things like animal or graham crackers. I like them because they are healthy and portable. I keep one in the car and one in my purse for emergencies.
