I bought a case, not yet knowing that while it qualifies as organic technically, the company does nothing to go above and beyond like many organic companies do. I bought it because the prices were so much better than Organic Valley. My soy allergic son had an allergic reaction to one sip. I called the company, and they do run soy on the same line. I drank the rest of the case myself over time and only buy Organic Valley for my kids. Not only do I not want another soy reaction, but Organic Valley actually makes it a rule to treat their cows with respect and gives them a good life in addition to following the organic standards. I always try to have this product on hand. This mix makes pancakes that taste the closest to "traditional" pancakes, at least that I have found. It also makes great cookies, cobblers, etc. I highly recommend this product. (As do my 3 and 5 year old!)

The pancakes made from this product taste as good as any product that is not gluten free. My daughter that lives in MO. loves the cornbread made using Pamula's Mix and my other daughter that lives in WI. got us all hooked on Pamula's Chocolate Cake Mix. Thank You Pamula for such a wonderful product for us that have to live Gluten Free!

I am a type 2 diabetic who was looking to cut out all the unhealthy fake sweeteners from my diet. (i.e. Splenda, Equal, etc.) I did settle upon Stevia for a while, but I did not have desirable results when baking with it. My requirement was to find an all-natural sweetner safe enough for diabetics that would also hold up well in my favorite backed goods. I saw a bottle of this stuff at the health food store, and thought I would try it whith the condition that I would obsessively check my blood sugars on my monitor to make sure it was indeed low gycemic as the label indicates. My 2 year old loves this milk, drinking at least 1 per day for the past 2-3 weeks. He began having digestive issues and complaining of belly aches, so I googled the ingredient listed as carrageenan. My daughter grew up with this strawberry milk. She started drinking it after we stopped formula. Even now, this is the only milk she likes. Excellent product. However, it is difficult to find in the local supermarkets and warehouses (they mostly have the chocolate flavor Horizon), especially in the multicarton package. I wish Costco and BJ's carried this strawberry-flavor Horizon milk.

Sugar isn't good for you either, but Spenda is REALLY not good for you, it's not even a food! When I found this out I actually called them and told them I was irritated and that I felt misled. I gave away my Splenda and haven't touched it since I found out about it.

I am so happy I found out Amazon offers this product. It's being shipped to my house monthly, I don't have to think about it. The stores in my city that carry aseptic milk are not convenient for me to get to and Costco only carries chocolate. This is perfect for me to pack in my pre-schoolers lunch and I like knowing that I have milk on hand that will not spoil in the event of a power outage. Now if I could find whole milk in aseptic packaging to carry in my 1 year old's diaper bag I would be even happier.

This honey is like a cure-all! Worth every penny. It's tasty, but we don't use it on toast or for baking because of the price. We mainly use it for illness/injury as an anti-biotic. Works great to heal cuts and cure sinusitis, etc, or simply boost the immune system. Raw honey has monocytes that stimulate white cells to produce inflammatory cytokines to kill infection. Manuka honey in particular works through the TLR-4 (toll-like receptor). TLRs are involved in innate immunity. Really good stuff. This brand is high quality.

We use this in everything we eat or drink that requires sweetening and we love it. It tastes like sugar but it's a better alternative, since it doesn't raise your glysemic index.
