Its extremely hard to find wipes that won't scratch or otherwise damage expensive glasses or camera lenses or even monitors. The tissues are made of a microfiber paper, and soaked with basically diluted isopropyl alcohol with additional non-abrasive additives. They're also large enough to get the job done. One packet is enough to thoroughly clean one pair of glasses (both lenses, front and back), and is more than enough for a large professional camera lens. One is also enough to clean smudges off a monitor if you don't feel like cleaning the whole thing, although I do not recommend trying to do a regular monitor cleaning with these: get a microfiber cloth and mix up a batch of half and half 90% isopropyl and distilled water if you want to do that.

This stuff is amazing! Plus it's eco-friendly!! The scent is quite refreshing, compared to the ammonia smell of normal glass cleaners. Plus it works very well on glass and stainless steel.

If your glasses are really filthy, soap and water are the best cure, but Swipes work remarkably well for quick lense cleaning. Don't be deterred by the smudged appearance of the glasses after using Swipes. From the inside, looking out, the view is generally unsmudged. Anything used for cleaning gets dirty, and Swipes do too, but a little bit of stain remover (e.g., Shout) will remove all the dirt in the wash and renew Swipes to near original condition. Great stocking stuffers...

I used on my stovetop and had to use a little more elbow grease, but it got the job done without harmful, unpleasant chemicals. I did not have the lingering smell or irritation on my hands after using, despite washing them. A nice fresh non-overwhelming smell lingered for a little bit. I highly recommend this product for those who want to be environmentally friendly without sacrificing quality!!

Seventh Generation Cleaner Glass and Surface / B000UXBJCU I really love this cleaner - I thought I would need to use more and scrub harder because it's eco-friendly (ergo, not as strong, right?) but it's just as tough as anything else I ever used, and it doesn't have a chemical smell to burn my nose and throat. Even better, when my two cats and one dog lick whatever I was cleaning afterwards, I don't have to worry that I'm going to have to rush them to the vet for poisoning, unlike the stuff I was using before. I love Seventh Generation and I haven't met a product of theirs that I didn't like.

Okay, I'm not usually one to write a review for a cleaning product, but after unearthing a package of these out of my car and finding they still 1) are moist and 2) work well, I thought I should give it the thumbs up. Before, I've tried to keep baby wipes in the car for those times when something is spilled or you just need to wipe your hands, but they dried out far too quickly. These have been under my seat for at least a year (maybe more) and the packaging retained the moisture well enough that I cleaned the inside of the windshield and all of the mirrors with one wipe. This is a wonderful cleaner. It doen't leave a sticky residue or build up with long term use. My only complaint is that it is only in a spray form. I don't like inhaling anything and this is a spray. Convenient to use, but what are long term problems breathing the stuff?
