To keep this short but sweet: I looked for months for a canister sweeper and decided on this one due to the reviews. The unit is louder than I thought it would be and there seems to be a strain on the motor. My husband said it was ok. The main long stem to the floor attachment is metal and is heavier than it should be resulting in some problems. I also had to purchase a floor attachment through United Vacum with horse hair brissles (better for my hardwood floors), very pleased.

First of all, I love this product and would give five stars. Works like a charm for poopy cloth diapers! The only reason I gave one star is because Amazon's shipping service was terrible. It was arrived damaged and leaked heavily. Some bottles were even half empty!!! My carpet got the strong Bac-Out smell for days. I noticed the caps were loosen, so I told Amazon to open the original box to tighten them if necessary before they pack it in their Amazon box! But I guess they never did. Amazon tried to replace it TWICE, and no success. I never got the product simply because they were damaged on the way and returned to Amazon, then it was out of stock so Amazon had to refund the money. This whole process took me 1 month. This is a wonderful product for granite which it keeps looking like new. Marble is another story. It seems to just sit there-- I mean it doesn't seem to get absorbed by the marble.

I am a HUGE Odo Ban fan! ... can you tell!!?? This is their "general" odor eliminator. There is one specific to pets that the other reviewer may be more happy with. This is one of my "must have" cleaners. I use it in the laundry with extra dirty or stinky stuff (I have two dogs). I even use it with heavier towels that take a long time to dry and smell "stale" easily. I use it to wash my shower liner and it comes out smelling great! I also use it on hard floors, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, and as an air/carpet/upholstery/curtain freshener. (They always say to test a small area on carpets/fabrics.) Odo Ban also has an "Earth Friendly" line if that's more your style. I think it's incredible!

Seventh Generation Cleaner All-Purpose / B000UXBJCU I really love this cleaner - I thought I would need to use more and scrub harder because it's eco-friendly (ergo, not as strong, right?) but it's just as tough as anything else I ever used, and it doesn't have a chemical smell to burn my nose and throat. Even better, when my two cats and one dog lick whatever I was cleaning afterwards, I don't have to worry that I'm going to have to rush them to the vet for poisoning, unlike the stuff I was using before. I love Seventh Generation and I haven't met a product of theirs that I didn't like.

This is a great all-purpose cleaner, and I've been using it around the house, cleaning up after my dog, general kitchen/bathroom cleaning, and even combine with hot water for mopping the floor. And, it smells great!!!

After mindlessly following the advice of someone who allegedly used Goof Off to clean a DVD, I ruined one of my favorite CDs because the solvent corroded the whole polycarbonate plastic layer on the disc. Don't use this on CDs or DVDs!!!
