i am very happy with my shaker i bought it before i deployed cause i knew i was going to be taking a lot of things over here. The only problem is that they are so cheap i kinda wish i had bought two cause i am having a hard time keeping it clean over here... it does leak a little bit but that is only when i am shaking NO-Explode but it does say on the bottle that it shouldnt be shaken cause it builds up pressure so i really cant complain...

I read alot of good reviews of this product, and a couple bad reviews here and there, about 75%-25%. I was not at all happy with the product. My fiance and I workout regularly mon-fri, and wanted to drop a couple extra pounds on the side. For her, she got nothing from a 2-pill a day routine, still tired and hungry. For me, it worked for about 2 days, but with lifting, I am always hungry. I thought it would curve that or at least minimize it. The only thing it did for me is not allow me to get a good nights sleep. Don't recommend.

In less than one hour you can't ask for more from this product. It is exactly as described nothing less. Works everytime anytime. I have used this 4 or 5 times since receiving my order and really never thought I would post a review about how fantastic this stuff is. Buy it try it I really would not take the time to post this if it wasn't everything the manufacturer claims it is thats it..

It took about three weeks for me to start seeing results. I take four instead of the six recommended because I am small framed but it does the job. Drink plenty of water though

I used these blocks training for the Chicago Marathon. The first few times, I enjoyed the taste, but was a little put off by how big and chewy they were. The package says that each package is two servings of blocks. However, there is not a very good way to store the second half of the bag while on your run. The remaining blocks got even stickier than they started out. Also, they were somewhat hard to eat while running. They were just too big and too chewy. I have switched to the Jelly Belly Sport Beans, which I find better tasting and somewhat easier to eat due to their smaller size.

This product works fine and it does suppress your appetite and give you tons of energy (I was up to two workouts a day!). It is not terribly hard to fall asleep but as soon as I do I have disturbing, weird dreams that make me wake up feeling horrible. I am stopping the pills since I would rather have a good night's sleep and not have to deal with all the dark sides of my sub-conscious! As soon as I stop the pills the dreams stop, which tells me the pills are having more than their fair share of effects on my brain. If you can sleep through the night in peace, then go for it!

This is a very good product in my opinion. I was personally able to increase muscle size and ability to use heavier weights. I recommend it to anyone who is like me and is a "hard-gainer." This product is not a must-have amazing solution, but it does help, and in my opinion, it really did help me a lot but again you do not need it to get stronger or bigger. And it should be taken with caution for anyone who is in competitive sports. As a natural testosterone booster, (not banned, uses herbal stuff to make your body produce more test) it has a warning label that says in may cause a "false pop" in a urinalysis test. [..] Again, a good product-I gain nine pounds in a month and half. Concerns about acne- I was fine, just make sure you wash your face day and night.
