It took about three weeks for me to start seeing results. I take four instead of the six recommended because I am small framed but it does the job. Drink plenty of water though

This product works fine and it does suppress your appetite and give you tons of energy (I was up to two workouts a day!). It is not terribly hard to fall asleep but as soon as I do I have disturbing, weird dreams that make me wake up feeling horrible. I am stopping the pills since I would rather have a good night's sleep and not have to deal with all the dark sides of my sub-conscious! As soon as I stop the pills the dreams stop, which tells me the pills are having more than their fair share of effects on my brain. If you can sleep through the night in peace, then go for it!

I've been lifting for about 8 years now and I'm 6'1, about 240 lbs with 18'' arms and a 49'' chest. I'm telling you this as I've gotten to the point where I've plateaued in my lifting and I was looking for a way to get beyond the plateau. With that out of the way, I'm not sold on this product at all and I didn't notice any change what so ever when taking these pills. So after taking them for about two months, my conclusion is they do not work for me. Also, pretty much all the amino acids in these pills are available in most protein shakes and the protein shakes offer more in the way of protein.

This is the first time I'm taking CEE and been on it for about 10 days now. No noticeable gains in strength or weight gain. When I've taken mono before I did put like 10 pounds on in 2 weeks, but all of it was water weight, and one night of drinking and you can kiss goodbye your increased size. Its still to early for me to tell if cellmass is working and I'm going to give BSN a fair shot. Amazon solicted me for my opinion, so here it is. My goal is put on lbs. I'm 28, a buck 75 shredded looking to hit 190 cock diesel. In all honestly, my best gains so far have been from weight gainers, and my next dollars will probably be spent on that. I still have 30 days left of the product, so ask me again in a month and my opinion may change.

I bought this as my trainer started me out on a bulking routine, after a couple of months of full body workouts for conditioning. This definitely helped me during this (ongoing) mass-gaining routine. I feel more energetic, and of course, saw a quick 6-7 lb increase within the first loading week, although much of it is water retention, probably. I think the directions are a little off on this product as it suggests 5g/day for an adult, but this can produce some mild cramping. 2.5g is more than enough for an average bodybuilder and it has been suggested by professionals that 1g/100 lb bodyweight is what the body can absorb and utilize.
