All of the Nando's sauces have a unique flavor unlike any other "Hot Sauce" that you've probably tried. While the Extra Hot can be pretty potent, they all provide a great deal of spice and flavor in addition to the "heat" that you typically associate with a "hot sauce". They are great on Chicken, soups, or eggs. The Garlic Peri Peri is not overpowering either with heat or Garlic. I'm delighted to find these here. I used to have to wait for my brother's occasional business trips to South Africa for him to bring back our coveted Nando's.

For whatever reason, the grocery stores where I live have suddenly stopped carrying this mustard. I thought French's might have discontinued it again, but I found it was still available online. Now there's devotion to a mustard for you. I bought 5 bottles online! I never have cared for regular mustard, which has too sharp a taste, even a little sour or vinegary. My mother knew this mustard growing up, but it disappeared from shelves for many years. When I was a kid, it reappeared in one grocery store in our town; we'd make a special trip just to go get it. This is a very nice Aioli. Make sure if you purchase it, you will use it quickly, once opened the shelf life is not that long. It is of a more liquid consistency, not thick like mayonaisse, but excellent tasting. Makes for a good soft spread, sauce or dressing.

I spent some time in Italy this past Summer (Tuscany) where I rented a villa and had the occasion to cook several times. Not only was the product convenient and reduce waste with it's recloseable tube, the product itself was incredible. It was not acidic and really added incredible tomato flavor and richness to the dishes I prepared. I actually brought several tubes home with me. You can find other brands in US specialty food shops packaged this same way but I have yet to find one that is comparable in taste.

I really like the product and it does make a great margarita but buyer beware. The web site for ordering is not very clear and you may end up getting only one jar and paying $30 for shipping when you can get three jars for the same $30 shipping cost (does not include the product cost). I complained to the vendor but they didn't seem to care. I ended up paying $52.50 for one jar (including shipping) when I could have paid $97.50 for three jars which would be an average of $32.50 per jar (including shipping).
