These are some of the best tasting sausages in the world. Low fat, lots of herbs. Savor them slowly because they are so pricey! Not to put on cheap hot dog buns. The best is on a french baguette of course!

While this is not the fault of the Wisconsin Cheeseman, the cheeses were melted by the time they arrived to me. After 24 hours of refrigeration they were reanimated enough to eat. I enjoyed the Aged Cheddar, which had a slight amount of bite to it. I especially enjoyed the Mellow Cheddar mixed with some Colby. I was less than impressed with the Edam and Brick cheeses, but that may be personal preference as opposed to manufacturer's error.
