I have been using Kraft Cheese powder on my Spagetti and on popcorn for many many years. I have never found any other grated or powdered cheese that come even close to the taste of this cheese. Experiment and try it on many other things. even take plain Potato Chips and make them into a mouth watering treat.

The product tells you there are 9 400c bars per package. This is not true, there is only one 3600c bar taking up the entire package. This leaves you to wonder weather or not the rest of the statments on the package are true. Having said that these have a suprisingly good taste and if you do not care about them being on big bar in a non-reclosable package they are not bad.

My ER food bars came as one large bar per package, with scores for cutting it into 6 pieces, so you must be prepared to store the parts (or feed 6 people at once). It seems to indicate there's some sort of subpackaging into 400 calory units, but mine isn't like that. It is quite edible, much better than most of the food bars I've tried, so it would be easy to eat a whole bar in a day or two, and not be hungry.
