Oh my gosh this stuff is sooo delicious. Pour it over cream cheese and serve with crackers. The subtlety of flavors is so amazing, like no salsa I've ever tried. Give yourself a treat and try it. It makes a great hostess gift, too.

I purchased 3 containers of this product and I love it!! Although it did not arrive in dry ice, all 3 containers were frozen. It makes great bellinis, but I also would recommend trying the drink recipes that come with the product. My favorite is the "peach me up." Also, I recently found a container that apparently was "lost" in the back of my freezer for at least a year. I used it anyway. The drinks were outstanding, and there were no ill effects. My only "complaint" is about the shipping fees, and I wish I could buy it in a local store, but I can't. So, I'll grit my teeth because it's worth it. I've only tried the peach, but I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors and to making some of the non-drink receipes. I highly recommend this product in spite of the high shipping fees. ... This Glaze is the best!!! Forget buying all those expensive balsamic vinegars - adding a bit of brown sugar and reducing for a nice glaze. Just get this and save the money and the time. Try it in ways mentioned on other reviews, the label....but then do yourself a wonderful favor and try it on some braised or grilled veges OMG!!!

I have tried numerous different rubs, marinades and flavor enhancers to enhance beef and bison for several years. Of all the salts, seasonings and add-ons that are out there, I find myself returning to the Mannheim Steamroller Bry over and over. These sprays can be used to soak meat or spray-on before/after they are being cooked. They add a wonderful "blast" of flavor to all varieties of meats. I don't really care for Cajun spices so I tend not to use that as much as the Original and Mesquite but this is a personal preference. I would highly recommend spraying Bry on a burger right before the first flip and then a blast right before you take it off the grill. This will produce some of the best burgers you have had for a long time!
