This is just great. It is true that if you get a newly bottled bottle, then the flavors will be a little sharp. The solution? Let it sit - it mellows wonderfully in a few months time. My 5-year old refers to it as "Daddy's special oil" and she refuses to eat the usual grocery store suspects. I think she'd drink it if we let her.
