Not as good as the filet mignons but the next best thing. Still tender, juicy and great grilled indoors or out. I tried these first and liked them but didn't love them, then I tried the bacon wrapped filet mignons and well worth the extra money. I'll only buy the filet mignons now but if you can't then get these. Still great flavor and grill to perfection and still stay juicy and tender when not overcooked.

Gyro Meat (LOAF) approx. 5lb Finally i can enjoy Gyros at home without going out.With gasoline pushing five dollars a gallon it is nice to know that this gourmet food is just a few feet away in the ice box. Now how about Greek olives and Feta cheese so we can have a nice Greek salad with our Gyro.

I have eaten merguez in France all my life until moving to the US, and by the time I purchased those I was getting desperate. Those sausages are simply not very good. They are bland, the meat is gamy, there is no heat (there should be anywhere from a little bit to a lot of heat), and they have very little spice in them. The meat is neither lean nor fatty, but releases a tremendous amount of water.
